United Teaching is a school-based teacher training programme designed to give you the best start for your teaching career. As an Ofsted Outstanding provider, we develop outstanding teachers. 

Our one-year programme offers salaried, salaried apprentice, and self-funded teacher training for aspiring primary and secondary educators. With over 100 schools nationwide, you can train to teach in a location that suits you.  

As a United Teaching trainee, you will be immersed in your school from day one. You will spend the year gaining first-hand experience and refining your skills as you go. We are committed to bringing out the ‘Best in Everyone’, and we support you every step of the way with research-led training, mentorship, subject-knowledge development, and wellbeing support, so you have everything you need to excel in your teaching career.
