Our teacher training is rated ‘Outstanding’ by Ofsted which means that you can be rest assured you will train to teach with a reputable provider.

We are a national teacher training provider with over 100 schools across England. You can choose the region you’d like to train in, and your top preferred school, and we’ll do our best to match your preferences.

An immersive programme with real classroom experience, you will spend most of the training year in your placement school teaching from day one. You will gradually build up your timetable through the year. You will have a set of classes to teach and enough time to prepare for your lessons.

With the right qualifications and experience, you could be placed on our salaried teacher training programme, allowing you to earn while you earn. You can also choose to self-fund by using government bursaries or student loans.

Your school placement details will be confirmed upon selection, so you’ll know exactly where you’ll be training months in advance. We will strive to place you in your preferred area subject to availability. 

As a teacher trainee, you will have access to high-quality teaching and lesson planning resources from United Curriculum, including teacher packs, lesson slides and approaches to assessment.

Teaching can be challenging at times, and your wellbeing is our priority. Ofsted rates our programme highly on wellbeing. You can access a comprehensive wellbeing programme, access to free counselling, and other wellbeing support.

Over 80% of our trainees are offered a job in their main placement school. Many go on to rise successfully to positions of leadership in five years. Our teacher training programme equips you with the skills needed for a successful career in education.
